Lets play catch up!

Holy Molly! It's been a while huh.
I don't even remember what I last wrote about. But in the past few months we have bought a house, moved to Utah. (The kids and I) I'm training for my first series, Hayden finished his first year of school, Teagan is getting HUGE, and we still haven't heard back on Josh's early out.
So now that you know the basics. Lets get back to the house! We got a house in Eagle Mountain. I love the area! The people are so nice and the ward is great! The HOA sucks but all in all we made the right move!
The house has 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms and is just over 2000 sqft. We have just under a quarter of an acre and our property line backs church farm property. Most of the landscaping is done but there are few things Im working on and that I have to get done by the end of the summer. We put up a fence. That I now have to paint..... and life will never be boring ever again! We have vaulted ceilings in the living room which is nice but I have no idea how ill change the light bulbs or the batteries in the smoke alarm but Ill cross the bridge when I get there.
I finished school this month and am now looking for a job. Id prefer one that I can do from home cuz then all my pay check is not going to day care but Ill take what I can get at this point!
Josh is still in the Navy, we are still waiting for his early out paper work to go through. If  all goes to plan he will be home in July if not hell be home just before Christmas.
Hayden is progressing well in his school. He has gone up a whole year. He was at a 2 yr old level now he is at a 3 yr old level! They think that hell be up to normal by the time he gets to kindergarten.
Teagan is smart as a whip! She has a few 3 word phrases (Hayden didnt have any till he was 3)  which is encouraging. She LOVES her brother! She will wait for the bus with him and she asks for him till he gets home she likes to wait out on the porch for the bus and when it pulls up she yells HAYDEN and holds her arms wide open and she waits till he comes up and gives her a hug! She will ask him for hugs and loves and to hold hands with him. Its so cute!  She likes to talk about everything and is in love with her daddy. She likes to look at pictures of him and to talk to him on the phone. She begs to look at pictures of him on my phone and when were done shell cry till we look through them again.
Pictures are of the view from my deck, the back yard, and the front of the house.

Well that's about it for now. I'll Update pictures and stuff later and I promise Ill be better at this stuff.

New adventures!

Wow! What a month! We have been so busy the last 2 months looking for and buying a house! We have finally found one in Eagle Mountain, Utah! That's right folks we are  moving back to the 801! This experience has been one that I truly do not wish to repeat. I knew buying a house would bring a lot of stress and moving from one state to a different one would bring even more stress. But goodness! The Navy has made this unbearable. I'm not exaggerating either. Between pay issues and then telling us last min we have to cancel our move and do it 2 weeks later, I'm ready to pull out my hair!
This move means a couple of things for us. 1 that we will finally be in one house for more than 5 years. 2 Josh will once again be separated from the family for 9 months. 3 I get to find a job. 4 The end of Josh's Navy career is near! Yes the separation will suck. However, we have been apart for longer periods of time. But right now is the most logical time for us to buy a house and for the kids and I to leave. Because, Josh will be starting workups again next month, they are going to places like Canada this summer and he would be home next to never, which is harder on the kids vs. one long deployment. Josh's ship is scheduled to leave anytime between October and January. So there may be a chance he doesn't deploy but there is always the more likely chance that he will. While Josh is still enlisted we will be getting the BAH for San Diego, which means we will be able to put some money in to savings, or towards the car loan, or towards finishing the basement.
The house has 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms 2000 ish square feet and an unfinished basement which has a cold storage room, plumbing for an additional bath and plenty of room for a family room and an additional bedroom. We are planning on putting an office/craft room down there. There is a 18x20 deck in the back yard. And the View is to die for! You can see most of Utah county and a good portion of Utah Lake! The location was something we put a lot of thought into. We wanted to be close to family but not so close that we feel like we are being suffocated. This way we have the best of both worlds with a 30min drive to family. Since Josh is active duty we get a discount on our utilities, which is awesome! And when he gets out he qualifies for disability with in the state of Utah you get a discount on your property taxes! So the Navy is kinda helping.
Well thats about it for me. Ill post pic when I get there next week! eeeekk!
